Placing your first ACBUY order looks intimidating from the outside, but the workflow boils down to five steps. This guide walks through each one, pointing you back to the tools we curate on the ACBUY guide hub and the live acbuy spreadsheet.

1. Register your ACBUY account

Head to acbuy.com registration and complete the sign-up form. New users usually get a welcome coupon that stacks with the first shipping payment, so register before you start browsing the acbuy spreadsheet — don’t register mid-checkout.

2. Open the acbuy spreadsheet and shortlist products

The best acbuy spreadsheet is category-organised (shoes, bags, clothing, watches, glasses, jewelry, toys, perfume, scarves/belts/hats). Every row lists the source seller URL, price, batch tier and photo album. Copy the seller link and the batch you want into a running shortlist — five to eight items is a comfortable first order.

3. Submit the buying link to ACBUY

Inside your ACBUY dashboard, paste the seller URL and specify size, colour and quantity. Add any per-item notes like “please avoid boxes with foam damage” — this is where you get the QC quality that makes agent buying worth it. If you’re unsure how notes translate, the How to Buy hub covers common phrasing.

4. Pay the product invoice

Once ACBUY confirms stock, you pay the product invoice. Card, PayPal and USDT are supported — most first-timers use PayPal for the buyer protection. After payment, your goods land in the ACBUY warehouse in 3–7 days.

5. QC, then ship

ACBUY emails a QC photo album. Reject anything obviously flawed (bad stitching, colour off, damaged box) — rejection is free at this stage. Approve, choose a shipping line from the Shipping Guide, and pay the shipping invoice.

That’s it. Ready to start? Open the acbuy spreadsheet and pick your first item — or bookmark the homepage for the full guide index.
